With cy999's referral program, you earn rewards in two stages for every successful referral:
- Step 1 — Registration Bonus: When a friend registers using your referral link and makes their first deposit of at least ৳500, you receive a ৳200 cash bonus.
- Step Two — Betting Commission: You'll earn 0.5% commission on all bets placed by your referred friend within the next 30 days, credited directly to your account.
To get your referral link: Log in → Profile Menu → "Referral Program" tab → Copy your unique link. Share it with friends via WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other channel.
Referral bonuses can be withdrawn directly with no rollover requirement. There's no cap on referrals — the more friends you bring in, the more you earn.
For the referral bonus to count, your friend must register using your link — if they go directly to cy999.click and sign up without it, the referral won't be tracked.
Some details on your cy999 account can be updated by yourself, while others require assistance from the support team.
You can update these yourself:
- Password — Settings → Security → Change Password
- Email address — Settings → Profile → Edit Email
- Notification preferences & language — Settings → Preferences
These changes require support assistance:
- Full Name — Can be changed before KYC verification is complete. Send a request to support@cy999.click with a photo of your national ID.
- Registered Mobile Number — Cannot be changed directly for security reasons. Contact support via live chat or email with OTP verification and the team will assist you. The process is typically completed within 24 hours.
After updating your name or number, your payment details may need to be re-verified — this is to keep your account secure.
Cy999's customer support is genuinely available 24/7 — real people are on hand even at 3 AM, not bots. Ways to reach us:
- Live Chat: Use the chat button at the bottom right of any page on cy999.click — average response time is 3–5 minutes. This is the fastest way to get help.
- Email: support@cy999.click — For complex issues, write in with full details. Replies typically arrive within 2–4 hours.
Our support team speaks Bengali — no need to communicate in English. Whether it's a withdrawal issue, KYC verification, a bonus query, or simply something you're not sure about — reach out for any reason.
Warning: cy999 support will never ask for your OTP, password, or full bank account number. If anyone asks for these, it's a scam.
Rollover (or turnover) refers to the total amount you need to wager before you can withdraw bonus funds. The rollover requirement for the cy999 welcome bonus is 12x the bonus amount।
Example:
- You deposit ৳2,000 → With a 150% bonus, you receive ৳3,000 in bonus funds
- Bonus ৳3,000 × 12 = ৳36,000 in bets required to complete the rollover
- You don't have to place one large bet — smaller bets over time count just the same. Once your total wagering reaches ৳36,000, the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Important notes on rollover calculations:
- Sports Betting odds must be at least 1.5 to count toward rollover
- All bets in Live Casino count in full — some slots count at 50%
- Your rollover progress is tracked in real time under the Bonus tab in your account
- The welcome bonus rollover must be completed within 30 days
Getting started with cy999's Live Casino is easy, even for first-timers. After logging in, select "Live Casino" from the home page or the left menu. You'll find hundreds of live tables with real dealers streaming directly to your screen.
Tips for beginners:
- Start with Baccarat — the simplest rules around. Just bet on Player, Banker, or Tie. Minimum bet starts from ৳50.
- Roulette: Bet on numbers, colors, or odd/even. In Live Roulette, the dealer spins the wheel and the result is shown in real time.
- View Table Limits: Each table displays its minimum and maximum bet limits — choose a table that fits your budget.
Live Casino works on mobile too — play directly in your browser with no separate app required. A stable data connection is all you need for smooth video streaming.
The bonus page sometimes features Live Casino-specific offers too — worth checking before you start playing.
Withdrawing from cy999 is straightforward, but first-time withdrawals require mandatory KYC verification.
Before Your First Withdrawal:

- KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 hours
Steps to Withdraw:
- Wallet → Withdrawal → Select your payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
- Enter your mobile banking number and the amount (minimum ৳500)
- Verify with OTP
Time: With KYC verification in place, withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes to 1 hour. During peak times, it may take up to 6 hours. cy999 charges no withdrawal fees.
The withdrawal account must be registered in your own name — sending funds to someone else's account is not permitted.
To view all cy999 promotions and special offers, log in and select the Bonuses page, where all active offers are listed with their dates and terms.
Update Schedule:
- Daily Offers: New cashback or free bet offers may be added every afternoon
- Weekly Offers: Every Monday, the week's main promotions go live — reload bonuses, happy hours, and more
